So my order showed up and there was shampoo all over the inside of the box. The cap wasn’t even on tight, and the packaging felt kind of cheap. I was excited to try it, but like half the bottle was already gone by the time it got to me. Just really frustrating and not a great experience.

I ordered from phyto.com and ended up needing to return one of the items because it just wasn’t a good fit for my hair. The return process wasn’t super difficult, but I did have to click around more than I expected to find the right info, which always makes me a little suspicious when it should be straightforward.
The refund did eventually come through, so I can’t say they didn’t handle it. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I kept wondering if I was going to have to chase them down for it. Overall, it was okay, but not exactly a smooth experience

I tried to give this a fair shot and at first I was like, maybe I can make it work. But then the texture hit me, it just feels weird and doesn’t spread evenly at all. it got annoying fast.

I usually have a good experience shopping on Phyto and can find what I’m looking for most of the time. I imagine other customers appreciate that too, since the stock seems consistent overall. There was only one time an item I wanted was out, but aside from that, it’s been a decent site to use.

I ordered shampoo and somehow the wrong stuff showed up. I reached out to support, but it still hasn’t been fixed, which is frustrating. Whoever runs this really needs to sort out their ordering and customer service.

I ordered from phyto.com because my scalp gets irritated easily, and I was really hoping this would be a gentle option that actually made a difference. The website was easy enough to use, and shipping was okay, though it definitely wasn’t especially quick.
The product did help a little with dryness, but i’m a bit disappointed because my scalp still felt sensitive after using it a few times. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it didn’t work as well as I’d hoped. I might try something else from them eventually, but I’m not totally sure

I really like this scent. It has a fresh, clean smell that isn’t too strong or fake like some other brands I’ve used. Compared to similar products, this one feels a lot more pleasant and easy to enjoy every day.

I had a small issue with my order, but they got back to me quickly. The woman I spoke with was really nice and fixed it without turning it into a whole hassle. i already had a good feeling about this company, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. I’d definitely order from them again

I used the shampoo and scalp serum from phyto.com for around three weeks, hoping it would help my scalp, but it did the opposite. My hair started feeling super dry and straw-like, and then my scalp got itchy with these small flakes I never really had before.
I stopped using both products and things calmed down after a few days, so it definitely felt connected. Maybe it works for some people, but to me it seemed like more of a fancy “scalp care” sell than something that actually helped, and I regret spending the money

Found my shampoo fast tbh, and checkout was fine overall. The only thing is some pages loaded kinda slow, which was a bit annoying lol.

I’m still waiting for my order to show up, which is annoying. I guess it’ll get here whenever it feels like it.

I’ve been using this shampoo for thinning hair for a few weeks now, and I do feel like I’m shedding less than before. My hair also feels cleaner and not as flat, which is nice. It’s not some miracle fix or anything, but it’s doing enough that I’d probably buy it again. Weirdly, I remember the first time I used it because my cat sat outside the shower the whole time like she was supervising.

It works well and the price was totally reasonable for what you get. i kind of regret waiting so long to try it because it ended up being a better deal than I expected.

I wanted to like this, but it just didn’t do much for my curly hair. After using it, my curls felt kind of dry and a little weird, like that thing where they just don’t sit right. Sadly, I don’t think it’s made for my hair type.

I expected cleaner ingredients from Phyto. When I looked at the formula, some of it just felt kind of cheap and not really like something I wanted to keep putting on my hair. It did help a little, so I felt trapped between finishing the bottle and not loving what was in it. I used it for a while, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
